We ship worldwide. After your order is placed there is a processing time of 3-5 business days. Once your order ships a confirmation email will be sent to you to with detailed tracking information. You can also find your shipping details by logging into your account. Please note that while we don't foresee any delays after the parcel has shipped these events may occur. Please contact us in the event our carrier is delayed and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

- Express 2-3 business days is from the time your order has been fully processed and is based on 2-3 business days for shipping, which excludes weekends & Holidays.

  • Free Domestic Shipping 

Shipping options above exclude products that are considered oversized (Large Outerwear and Hats Included). Oversized products are subject to weight and dimensional rate calculations determined by the shipping carrier/service chosen at checkout.

Our team is working diligently to ensure your order is shipped out on time, however, you may experience delays of up to 3-4 weeks in courier delivery time. Both shipping costs are calculated based on geographical location of delivery address and total weight of parcel. Please follow checkout options to receive your calculated rate and estimated delivery time. Please note customs fees may apply for shipments according to local legislation. CocoSmithLuxe does not enforce these fees, therefore we are not able to waive fees upon delivery. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us in which the shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Order cut off time is 10:00 am PST. Orders placed after 10:00 am PST will be shipped out the following business day.
